Our blue and yellow theme was chosen with purpose. Since cats and dogs perceive these colors most vibrantly, your pet will instantly recognize and get excited for that blue-and-yellow box at the door.

When will I receive my order? We will work as quickly as possible to get your order packed and shipped out (typically 2-5 business days). Delivery times may vary, depending on your location.
What comes in each box? Each box will include a mix of treats, toys, and essential items. We cannot guarantee a specific item in your box, as items may vary each month.
What size pets are our boxes made for? We want all pets to enjoy their box. If your pet is an extreme chewer or large/tiny, we recommend supervision during play. We hope to offer more customizable options in the future.
Do you offer allergy-friendly alternatives? At this time, we do not offer allergy-specific customizable boxes. This is something we hope to add in the future! However, we provide you with treats that are made with simple, natural ingredients. We always recommend reviewing the ingredient list before giving any product to your pet.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns due to the customization and nature of pet products in our boxes, however, we are happy to replace any damaged items. In the case you receive a damaged item, please contact us at contact@pawsnclawsbox.com
