Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Paws ’n Claws Box. Because our products include consumable pet treats and curated items, we maintain a clear and strict return policy to ensure safety and product integrity.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • One-time purchased boxes

  • Subscription boxes

  • Individual treats

  • Toys

  • Any opened, used, or perishable items

  • Mystery boxes or curated bundles

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a review within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide another solution

Please note: refunds and replacements are not guaranteed and are handled individually.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking information shows an order as Delivered, Paws ’n Claws Box is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivery by the carrier

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, ownership transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, you may contact us for review at contact@pawsnclawsbox.com.
Any accommodation is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

4. Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge:

  • Your subscription auto-renews until canceled

  • Renewals must be canceled before your next billing date

  • Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable

  • Refunds cannot be issued for subscription boxes already shipped or prepared

5. Allergy & Pet Safety Disclaimer

Every pet is unique. It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists and supervise pets while using treats or toys.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Pets disliking a product

  • Damage caused by heavy chewers or misuse

6. Final Sale Items

The following are always final sale:

  • Seasonal boxes

  • Promotional boxes

  • Subscription renewals

  • Bundles or discounted sets

  • Mystery items

  • Consumable treats

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
