Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Paws ’n Claws Box! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, process, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Times

We work hard to prepare your box with care.

  • Orders typically process within 2–5 business days.

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Subscription boxes ship on a recurring schedule based on your billing date.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping timelines depend on your location and the carrier.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We currently ship only within the United States. (If you plan to ship internationally later, I can update this.)

Once the package is transferred to the carrier, delivery speed and routing are out of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Package weight and size

  • Carrier rates

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Paws ’n Claws Box is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Old addresses

  • Misspelled or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If the carrier marks your order as Delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery is confirmed.

  • Ownership transfers to the customer at the moment the carrier marks the package delivered.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact us at contact@pawsnclawsbox.com. Any accommodation is handled case-by-case and not guaranteed.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

We will review the issue and determine if a replacement is appropriate at our discretion.

8. Subscription Box Shipping

Subscription boxes ship based on your renewal date.

  • Renewals must be canceled before your billing date to avoid the next shipment.

  • Boxes already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

9. Pre-Orders or Limited Edition Boxes

If you purchase a pre-order or special-edition box:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be listed in the product description

  • These boxes may ship separately from other orders

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled once purchased
